Shenzhen Medical Research Fund

Our laboratory is now supported by a general program (No. B2602014) from Shenzhen Medical Research Fund, SMART. This 4-yr grant, with a total of RMB 3M from Jan 2027 to Dec 2030, will support our anti-cancer drug development against R body, a new type of nuclear body important for tumor growth! This collaborative project includes two co-PIs: Dr. Bo Wang, Director of Cancer Department at the 7th Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and Dr. Wei-ke Ji, Professor at Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science & Technology.
